I should have seen it coming….
Chiropractic – the adjustment of the vertebrae in the spine
Chakras – the gateways or centers of spiritual power located on the spinal column
= NETWORK CHIROPRACTIC
A reader informed me of a new danger in the health field, Network Chiropractic or Network Spinal Analysis. NSA has evolved from chiropractic and it has some mystical new twists. The spine is now considered “a conduit of consciousness”. NSA was developed by Dr. Donald Epstein, a chiropractor from Colorado. Apparently Dr. Epstein discovered “Spinal Gateways” (hmm…chakras maybe?) running along the spinal cord. Also he discovered that these gateways run from the tailbone up to the bottom of the skull. What else did he discover? He found that the spinal gateways lead to the front part of the brain awakening the brain’s cortex causing profound changes in the body. Sounds like kundalini serpent power running up the spine through the chakras and enlightenment to me…!!
Read this article about Network Chiropractic:
During Network Spinal Analysis™ (NSA) care two “healing waves” develop which are unique to Network. One is a breathing wave that releases tension throughout the spine and body and relaxes a person. The other is called a somatopsychic (or body-mind) wave, which is associated with a dolphin type undulation or movement of the spine. These waves are related to a significant increase in wellness and quality of life. Once people experience these Network “healing” waves, they tend to make healthier choices. Suddenly the exercise, diet, supplements, meditation or prayer that may have been resulting in minimal wellness benefits increased in effectiveness. Saying it differently, people in Network care, who experience these waves often double their perceived wellness. As these “healing waves” progress along a person’s spine it revitalizes, energizes, and helps the body to self correct distortions of alignment and posture. They move “stuck energy” and are a resource of new energy and vitality. Vertebra of the spine spontaneously realign as one of the by products.
This video is named Riding the Kundalini Dragon and it shows how the energy is being directed through the body and its effect. The video is not from a network chiropractor but a yoga studio. They are calling this procedure Breath and Touch which serves as an entry point into an altered state in which the mind-body system processes and releases the stress or emotional blocks.
While watching a short video from a Network Chiropractor in San Diego i noticed that the body movement of the patient was exactly the same as those in the yoga studio video. I do not know how to embed this video so please click on the below link to compare with the above video.
http://www.bodywisdomhealing.com/BodyWisdomSite/healing_wave_video.htm
******update November 2008 – it looks as though the above video has been removed from it’s site, if i can relocate the video i will fix the link – thanks, kim *********
The rippling effect of the body is also the same as those under kundalini serpent power. These kundalini manifestations are now being relabeled as “healing waves”. This healing is not of God…is this healing worth the risk?
I scanned various NAS websites, and the names sounded like this…The New Wave Chiropractic, Ride the River, Esprit Healing Center, Care Wave, Healing Wave…..These offices are sporting a new look, a new name and carry a dangerous spiritual message.
Here is a list of awakened kundalini manifestations from Swami Nityananda (Kundalini Yoga Guru) : trembling, shaking, uncontrolled speaking, weeping/crying, uncontrollable laughing, altered consciousness, elation, feelings of electricity….waves of bliss.
Now i want to relate a list of manifestations from the Pensacola/Toronto outbreaks. Spasms, tremors, shaking, spontaneous trance states, holy laughter, energy rushes, and involuntary body movements.
When reading about Network Chiropractic from the EastWestHealth website i read some interesting statements from a patient and a chiropractor.
“When the tension of stored emotional stress is released, people often express it by laughing or crying. For example, after one patient’s second adjustment she went home and was laughing for two hours..”
“When I get adjusted I feel my mind become completely still, and I feel much more attuned with my heart”
“What always amazes me is that you touch me so gently, like with one fingertip that I can barely feel, and then these powerful waves of energy start traveling up and down my spine and bringing everything into alignment.”
“It always shocks people what profound changes happen from such a light touch. The light touch is like tuning a guitar; it gives the proper vibration for good harmony. Information travels in waves so when we “tune” the spinal cord we can experience our own inner rhythm.”
These two statements are alarming:
“As one persons spine releases, it actually helps release the spines of other people in the room.”
“It’s the phenomenon which researchers have found the most astonishing about Network. They watch Donald Epstein adjust someone and then point to the person on the next table: the second person’s spine is visibly unwinding and he is not even touching them. It’s community healing, and it shows how we are all connected on a very deep level.”
Dr. Epstein has something in common with Rodney Howard-Brown, Benny Hinn and Swami Nityanada; they are all distributors of the power: (kundalini, shakti, fire, anointing) Kundalini awakening can be imparted by…light touch on the body or forehead, by pointing to someone, or just laying one’s hands on someone.
There are many obvious relationships between Network Chiropractic, Yoga, Eastern Mysticism, and the false spiritual anointings of today. When we see a chiropractor merely point to a patient, who then starts manifesting with kundalini signs, we need to question where this power is coming from and what is actually happening to the patient. When a doctor or a patient will not question why a second patient automatically manifests without being touched or refers to the undulating spine as “unwinding” from stress….i despair at the deception.
This power is demonic because it is metaphysical in nature, so it is unbiblical for the Christian to participate in this type of activity. It is imperative to understand that the Hindu term kundalini translates into “serpent power”. Meditation and yoga positions pushes this power at the base of the spine up working its way snake-like, through the chakras or gateways. In Network Chiropractic the chiropractor has attained the ability to pass this serpent power onto others with only a simple touch. I cannot begin to tell you how dangerous this is. Patients who are treated by a Network Chiropractor are in danger of allowing a demonic presence to enter their body. The “waves of bliss” are deceptive. Satan does not show himself as a demon, he shows himself as an angel of light, deceiving all who will fall into his false spiritual trap.
May the Lord protect his own who may unknowlingly walk into one of these offices for treatment. I have no problem with getting standard adjustments, but whenever a health practitioner begins to talk “spiritually”… immediately question the procedures.

Thank you for trying to expose this evil technique. You can go here to find a partial listing of network chiropractors
http://www.associationfornetworkcare.com/locateadoctor.shtml This is one of several very questionable chiropractic techniques out there.

I just watched it. That is horrible. 20 years ago this would be viewed as far out new age. Now people find this acceptable? Lord help us.

I could only make out on the first clip that the girl said she felt tingling in her fingers. Do you have any documentation from people who have had this done as to the sensations they feel….what they feel when this is happening to them?
October 8, 2007 at 5:48 am
Kim
No, i don’t have any documentation yet… i am hoping for some feedback comments from those who have been “adjusted” with this method. I just found out about this a week ago.

There is one thing that I see in common with this method of “whatever”. If you watch there seems to be one thing that is “adjusted” on each person just before they go into the “physical manifestations” and that is a very specific way the head is bent and the neck is touched. I am wondering if there isn’t some kind of nerve or muscle that has been activated to get the body to go into the “spasms”? Very wierd.

IWANT:
I can ask a Doc at work if that’s possible. If you notice they tend to lift their head way up off the cott. That ripple effect seems to go down the spine. My guess is no to your question.

I watched the you-tube, and boy, I found it really troubling. They actually look like serpents when they contort like that. I noticed that they opened their mouths really wide, as if breathing something in really deeply as well. I really didn’t like what I was seeing at all.
The second video I couldn’t view for some reason.
Thanks Kim for doing your homework on this one.

I am going to say that there isn’t a specific segment that is adjusted to set things off. I have not been able to watch the video either. I have been practicing 16 years and have never ever sent anyone into a serpent motion. It must be some kind of energy/spirit transfer.

I am wondering why some of you can’t watch the second clip from the BodyWisdomHealing site. This shows a woman on her stomach who starts manifesting with just a touch to the back of her head around the hairline. You can really see the serpent like movement. Then the netchiro touches her at the base of the spine. It is only a 49 second clip. Try the links on both the comment and in the article.
http://www.bodywisdomhealing.com/BodyWisdomSite/healing_wave_video.htm
I believe jm is right by stating it must be a transfer of spirit.

One thing few people realize is the extreme importance of movement in health. It is movement, more than anything else, that causes a child’s brain to grow. It is a lack of movement – known as a “sedentary lifestyle” that is recognized by the World Health Organization and all medical associations as THE leading cause of death – more so than smoking.
Even most mental illness responds favorably to more movement.
As most people in the West today spend most of their time sitting down it makes sense that making them move more could help them get well. It is entirely possible that the movements set off by Network Chiropractors are nothing more than a neurological reflex forcing the body to make up for years of inactivity.
I find the scientific neurological explanation much more likely than those put forwards by the Network Chiropractors, so I think it completely safe.

I am a chiropractor. I do not utilize the Network technique, although I’ve had it done to me several times. It is amazing. I agree, it does look weird and found it uncomfortable to watch other people under care.
I never moved at all while getting worked on. In fact, I laid there really still, not wanting to move because it felt so wonderful. I found the process very loving and drew my energy deep into my body. I don’t think we realize how scattered our energy is until we settle ourselves.
Network like many things is great in it’s purest form. Everybody responds differently to energy work. The wiggling is not needed for it to have profound effects. That was my experience anyhow. =)

I find it troublesome that someone in the health field would make a recommendation of “energy work” based on “it felt so wonderful”. Currently there is an explosion of metaphysical therapies in the holistic realm of treatments. One has to remember that metaphysics are based on the occult or unknown. This is of great concern to Christians but all need to be wary of the spiritual treatments out there.
A great book by Brian Flynn “Running Against the Wind” relates his story of being involved in metaphysics as a medium and how he came out of the New Age world.

Just because something feels good doesn’t mean it is ok. Look at all of the sins out there that feel good and they destroy us and pull us away from the Lord. Energy work in any form is not ok. It opens the door to the occult which will destroy us.

Serial Quantum Interface Devices (SQUIDs) are devices used to weak detect electromagnetic impulses.
The impulse from the beating heart for instance can be detected from up to 13 meters away.
SQUIDs have been used to measure the output of magnetic fields from hands on healers, chiropractors, osteopaths and the general public. Research found that those people that used their hands for healing work actually had a much larger magnetic output from their hands than other people. It was also found that people could learn to do this with time.
What was interesting (and this is where I may loose a few of you) is that this magnetic field also fluctuated in time to what is known as the Schumann resonance, which is a fluctuation in the Earth’s magnetic field due to electromagnetic events such as lightening.
Some time ago it was found that a part of the brain known as the thalamus is tuned to this resonance and it has profound effects upon our health. This is very much known about in the space community as all craft that leave the Earths magnetic field are fitted with Schumann resonance generators to keep the astronauts healthy.
Energy medicine is exactly what it says it is – real, non-spiritual, non-hocus-pocus energy that is measurable by scientific means. The problem is only a very few people seem to be aware of the facts so they make up some kind of esoteric explanation.
So I say to you, Christians have no fear of energy medicine, as now you can explain to the various uniformed practitioners what is really going on.
I hope this helps put your minds at ease.

“Research found that those people that used their hands for healing work actually had a much larger magnetic output from their hands than other people. It was also found that people could learn to do this with time.”
Dr. Pickard thank you for your comments….but Reiki as an example, is one of the “healing” practices used today and they maintain that the energy, the Japanese use the term ghost energy, (because spirit guides are reached), comes from calling on beings of light. (Satan comes as a light). This is divination, an entering into metaphsyics. The Bible forbids this….People are learning to do with their hands, what the Bible instructs us not to.
Christians…Do not use any energy (occult) methods, like the Dr. said “very few people seem to be aware of the facts”.
Leviticus 19:26….”Do not practice divination or sorcery.”…. No matter what science says….

I am not a recipient of network but my best friend has been involved for many years. I know others who both make there living as well as receive treatments. I do not feel threatened at all, but I am putting out the warning to Christians and others that they should not allow themselves to get involved with occult practices, as this is forbidden in the Bible. Energy work is more than suspect. To love others is to try to protect them from harm.

Dennis,
For the person who has no regenerate relationship with Jesus Christ, discernment of the subtle influences of the new age and occult in alternative medicine/chiropractic practices may seem prudish. I don’t mean that as a slight it’s just a fact. It most likely will not alarm most people. Until one accepts the spirit world from a christian perspective it will not make sense why this is alarming to us on this blog.
There is a way that seems right to a man but in the end leads to death.

living journey,
you said “I noticed that they opened their mouths really wide, as if breathing something in really deeply as well. I really didn’t like what I was seeing at all.”
This afternoon i was studying an article about kundalini serpent meditation and found this quote in
http://www.edgarcayce.org/ps2/kundalini_meditation_J_Van_Auken.html
“Often at this point in the meditation, the head will be drawn back, the forehead and crown may have pronounced sensations or vibrations, and the upper body and head may be moving back and forth, or side to side, or in a circular motion (circular is preferable). These are all natural results of the practice and are identified as such in the readings. ”
This article is called kundalini meditation and it seems to verifiy the head being drawn back by using vibrations. If you pull your head back in this fashion you will notice that your mouth naturally will open. I believe the healing waves of network to be kundalini power from the underworld.
To all:
Edgar Cayce was a psychic who constantly battled with himself over the the origins of his abilities. He gave in to deception deciding God must have given him his psychic gifts, since he healed some people. He became a forerunner to New Age philosophies and twisted scripture to meet his needs.

We can point out many hazards done by all faiths including that of christianity. I was recently at a debate between Cristopher Hitchens and Dinesh D’Souza as the question of discussion was,”Is Christianity good for the World”? The two men debated for 2 hors and although they spoke with great ease and articulation I do not think they heard much of what the other was saying. I understand your concern with regard to such practice and I hope you have heard me in return.

Hey Kim,
I couldn’t help but notice the blatent falsehood on the Kundalini link you provided regarding the serpent falling in the garden and being raised in the desert. Wow what
what a bunch of twisting of scripture.
Dennis I have understood what you have said. Do you understand what I have said? Maybe I havent been clear.
The influence of the new age and occult will likely not alarm anyone who is unregenerate in Christ because they don’t discern it’s evil influence. If we are unregenerate then we havent the Spirit of Christ in us and that makes us unable or poor at gaging evil things.
We would rather ignore or rationalize evil.
You want to justify this practice because of your connections with friends who practice this. I am guessing there are a lot of other new agish alternative medicne practices you would also support. Yoga?
Open your eyes. We can justify anything in our minds without the council of God to guide us. You are trying to justify it based on your own understanding.

Hi Mary,
I am not a dogmatic espouser of absolute truth based on a text that is deemed the word of God by a group of individuals. I am saying that your rightous condemnation is simply a form of prejudice based on myth and fear. You will not admit this, instead you will sit assured of the god you create and these accusations of both knowing and understanding this mysterious entity.

Dennis,
We believe that the Holy Bible is the inerrant, Word of God. People who do not believe in the Bible think for some reason that Christians are afraid. This could not be further from the truth. Belief in the Lord Jesus Christ eliminates fear by knowing of His saving grace and that we will have eternal life, by repentance, turning away from sin, and following Him.
We do not claim to create God nor can we truly fathom Him. What we know of God is found in scripture. Getting closer to Him is accomplished by living for Him after accepting Jesus as our personal Savior. Through the Holy Spirit only can we even come close to living the life that is pleasing to God.
Do you really think that the Bible that teaches the God of Abraham, Jacob & Moses is a myth? Do you prefer the false gods of Babylon or the false gods of Hinduism? All false gods are truly one fallen angel…. Lucifer. I guess it is much easier to believe in gods that do not condemn or ask us to change our sinful lives. Some mystics even say thay we are gods, that we are divine. How prideful man is…..We all will bow a knee to God when He returns.
Rom 14:11 For it is written, [As] I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.
Are you looking forward to that day? I am…….
October 27, 2007 at 5:25 am
Mary
Dennis,
I apologize for comming across as self righteous. I am sorry for that. I am mearly a beggar trying to show other beggars where to find bread.
In Christianity there is no room for anyone to think of themselves as superior. Quite the opposite. My self righteousness is but dirty rags in the eyes of the Lord.
I hate to see you led down a dead end road. I hope you might realize my zeal is cause I care about you. Really. You say love after your comment postings. Don’t you realize you mock the very One how endured great torture and death that you might have life and have it more abundantly?
October 27, 2007 at 9:10 am
Kim
Mary,
I also can come across as self righteous…but we must speak the truth.
I am reading “Faith Undone” by Roger Oakland. Here is an excerpt.
“While we live in spiritually dark times, and it appears the majority of people do not discern the signs of the times, or the magnitude of the deception, the Lord is faithful to His church. Though what is happening may seem overwhelming, we have the Bible and the Holy Spirit to guide us in all wisdom and truth. The light of God’s Word penetrates the darkness, and those who are being delivered from deception see what is taking place. Those of us who see must continue to proclaim the truth in strength and with love.” Pgs 228-229.
October 27, 2007 at 11:54 am
Dennis
It is complex. We attempt to think through this experience. We are great mysteries unto ourselves and so often enough we get lost. Thought has been our mode of knowing. We are thought and in that understanding a mystery unfolds. I would suggest that you take note of the following, “Don’t you realize you mock the very One who endured great torture and death that you might have life and have it more abundantly.”
You have assumed that God took offense in a comment I made? I find that both troubling and presumptuous. It is often purported that one walks humbly in the unknown but that same speaker behaves quite the contrary. When one listens we see an incredible fervor of oppression that will commonly be introduced as good intensions or helpful hints. The essence of your language streams the message of moralism and subjugation. You wish to see God in heaven and bow and confess, maybe. But hear this, you assure yourself of salvation but know not your fate. You desire Gods love but may not be worthy. Praise God you may but understand him in real time you have not. You may seek heaven but hell may be your destiny. May God have mercy on your soul?
Yes keep loving
October 27, 2007 at 5:53 pm
Mary
Dennis,
But on what are you basing your assumptions about me? Human reasoning?
This is what we are trying to get across to you.
It is not what I think, or what Kim thinks or what you think. It is what GOD thinks. You believe the word of God – is not absolute truth. Therefore you are using your own human reasoning to tell me I am unworthy of heaven.
And you are correct. Not because you say it but because God’s word tells me that is true. God’s standard tells me I am worthy of hell. I know that. It is also true for you. But it is the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ that gives me life. He went to calvary for you as well Dennis. He did this so that we might not live for ourselves but for Him who bought us by his blood.
But His love demands a decision. He will not strive with mankind forever. If you continue to ignore Him He will close the window of opportunity to receive Him.
You end your comments with “Love”. But I am asking you Dennis, do you know what love is? Is it ignoring the truth about what God says about us? That our sinful nature will prevent us from enterring the kingdom of heaven?
But here is love, Dennis. Not that we love God but that He loved us and sent His son to die for us. Behold what manner of love that Father has given to us that we should be called the sons (and daughters) of God.
And that promise is for all who receive Him in faith and trust in Him. So that we turn from the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of light.
Here is love: He demonstrated His love for us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us.
Here is love: No greater love has any man but that he lay down his life for his brother.
And he did that for you Dennis.
That is love, Dennis! He took your place of punnishment. We are all unworthy. But he made a way for us. So sorry for my obnoxious personality. But make sure it’s my obnoxious personality that you don’t like and not the hard hitting truth of God. Because if that is the case then your issue is with Him and not with little ole me.
God Bless you Dennis!
October 27, 2007 at 5:55 pm

The gospel message is simple.
If you have broken any of the 10 commandments then you are a sinner.
Jesus came, was crucified on the cross, and He rose again. He died so that we may have eternal life. He died for my sin and your sin. He has paid the price in full……
God loves us so much He sent His only Son so that we may have eternal life, if only we believe in Him, and have faith.
Are you sinless? Have you ever lied, taken something that doesn’t belong to you, cheated on your taxes, coveted something of your neighbors?
I have done all these things. Therefore i need the Lord Jesus Christ.

I do not care what you believe but beware that your belief can limit you. If it is love you wish to value then so be it, be that love. I simply caution you when you speak for God. That tendency has been a source of catastrophic result. It splits the world into many slices from them vs. us and you counter to me. This force of supernatural significance best is understood by loving the world to the best of ones ability and let the rest be decided posthumously.
We are not in complete disagreement.

How is belief in Jesus Christ limiting? It is complete freedom.
October 28, 2007 at 4:52 am
Dennis
I suggest you rethink that Anonymous.
There have been assertions made against Yoga on this board. That could be seen as one example of a limitation based in ignorance. Another contention was that I had offended God, how righteous and pretentious but not retracted after it was cited. One definition of yoga is the calming of the fluctuations of the mind. I would say that is a definition of meditation. It is easy to fall into a radical approach to faith and religion. I have read of cases where the faithful have denied medical treatment to their young resulting in death. Many believers are literally waiting for the end of days, true? I wonder if that forecast might actually aid in its delivery.
I was raised a catholic and dealt directly with an abundance of hypocrisy. The usual justification is, this is just the failing human not the truth behind the religion, right. I am not saying all who believe in Jesus Christ are limited by that belief but there are often tendencies that supercede our awareness and make susceptible our state of close-mindedness. I do not have endless answers pertaining to ones ethical responsibility while alive. I strive to be a “good human being” and attempt to do what I think is good. I often imagine myself as the other and so if I see a hiker I will pick them up. If a person is in need I will aid them to my best effort. This is not to say that those who pass the hikers are sinners. If we are doing our best then I would hope that stands for something. As I write both acts of kindness and atrocities are in progress. Religion is often the source of both.
Good luck

I don’t need luck, I have Jesus Christ and I still maintain I have freedom. I will never be able to explain it to you because you don’t have it. I am not talking freedom to sin either. It is freedom from the wages of sin, which is death. Sorry, you don’t understand. May be this makes sense

You are going to have to work all of this out with God. There is nothing any of us can do for you except point you toward the truth. You are obviously searching or you wouldn’t be hanging out in a blog like this. By the way, the Catholic church does not even teach the Gospel and they are one of the most corrupt organizations on this entire earth. They teach salvation via works and that is not the plan of salvation. Salvation is a free gift. It is not earned. It is given by the grace of God, free for the asking. Christianity is not a religion, it is a relationship.

One day, about 4 years ago i read a book on prophecy. I knew from Bible teaching as a young girl that Jesus was coming back someday but i chose to put this on the back-burner. It was then I realized in my heart that indeed He is coming and probably soon. God’s law or “conscience” that is written on the heart of all men, convicted me. Hebrews 9:27 says “Just as man is destined to die once, and after that face judgment.” I knew in that split second that i would be found guilty.
God is good, He loves us but He is also a just God. Because of His goodness He has no choice but to punish sin. Man has no excuse because of what He has written on our hearts. He will punish liars, thieves, adulterers…and this is only 3 of the 10 commandments. What man wishes is that a good God will let sin slide. But this will not be the case. When the law is broken there is punishment. We can run from the law…but we cannot run from God.
A day is soon to come…..the day of wrath…a day of judgment of ALL before God.. Will you be Guilty or Innocent?

What would be your actions in the face of a godless universe? Could you manage your life without this concept? It is the oddest language when one is so sure about things so abstract. It is easy to sit in a chair and type a font of retoric that you issue as truth. Keep fearing and loving that is what he wants.
good Jesus Christ

I tried the “concept” of a godless universe. I was happy in my sin. I was miserable in my love. It was futile.
I suppose it does seem odd, as i try to look at what i say through your eyes. But the Bible is not abstract, it is God’s Word and His law.
“Easy”?.. No my friend….it is not easy to speak of things that most do not want to hear. “Rhetoric”? I speak God’s truth…it is not my truth but His.

Prophecy. That is the proof of the Bible. Over 300 Messianic prophecies from the Old Testament were fulfilled with Jesus Christ. The odds in that happening? 10 to the 38th power. Here is an article by a man named Hugh Ross, PhD, http://www.reasons.org/resources/apologetics/prophecy.shtml where he discusses the reliability of the Bible in relation to prophecy fulfillment. We are watching prophecy unfold before our eyes. It is quite amazing. The Rightly Divided Word of God does not contradict itself and Bible prophecy will occur 100% of the time.
Since no one is “born” a Christian all of us have experienced life in what you call the “godless universe.” The fact of the matter is, He is still very much involved in your life whether you want Him to be or not. He is sovereign. Thank goodness He is sovereign.

Dennis,
I can assure you I am not going is handle a serpent or refuse medical treatment or anything weird like that. I work with doctors everyday in a hospital. I can assure you we are pretty sane around here. Yes there are some fringe radical groups but don’t let that turn you off.

Mary,
I hear you and I am not suggesting anything other then the minority in matters of extremism. I am not as turned off as you might think. I do think when people believe they know God in a way that others do not it is inevitable for conflict to come. My mother was very certain of her faith, she was a catholic threw and threw. I have many religous and spiritual friends and I cherish them not for their beliefs but for the content of their character. If I suffer for my comments I’ll claim an action against God on the grounds of freedom of speech.
Easy does it.

Wow, what a conversation.
I guess you can divide those who believe that the Word of God is exactly that the inerrant Word of God and not just man’s story about God. That is clear from the comments.
As the bible says that the natural born man does not understand the spiritual…
1Co 2:14 But a natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he is not able to know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
Anonymous Oct 28 also makes an excellent point that no-one was born a Christian, and all Born again Christians are exactly that, born of Water and of Spirit. It a choice they have made after seeing their own sin and knowing that they have fallen short of the Glory of God. The only one that can redeem us from our fallen nature is Jesus the Messiah, who as you have said fulfilled over 300 Messianic prophecies. No other book has ever come close to this!
Prophecy in the bible, has up to date, been 100% accurate thus far and has a very good track record, as Anonymous Oct 28 has pointed out. Great link by the way.
Just to quote from the link you provided…
And Kim, the gospel that you presented is as simple as you say. We have all broken the commandments of God and are in need of redemption so that we can be reconciled with our creator.
Our forgiveness in Christ is something that I for one are most humbly grateful, as I know that in my own flesh I did not deserve His forgiveness and it is only by His Grace that I can boast in nothing more that the cross.
Thanks for an excellent post, and one that has brought about an opportunity to present the gospel.

Dennis,
Your quote:
It is easy to sit in a chair and and type a font of rhetoric that you issue as truth.
That is where you insult God. I quoted scripture verses from the new testiment on love in action. And you see it as mear rhetoric.

Jesus healed the sick with a light touch. This healing touch is
passed down through the Jews of which Jesus the Rabbi was also. That is why so many Jews are in the healing arts.
Next time you are sick, just being near a Jew will heal your body.

Steve,
With all due respect to you sir, Jews and gentiles both get stricken with illness. Sickness kills Jews as much as it kills gentiles. It is God alone who has the power to heal. Not mortals.

Thank you for comment…Actually i am very grateful to a chiropractor who in 1972 adjusted two vertebrae in my neck. While being a passenger in a car, the driver drove into a ditch going 40 miles per hours and my head jammed into the roof. I was very sick for 3 months till one day i could not lift my head up anymore and could not get out of bed. My aunt and uncle came and got me and carried me to a chiro who adjusted me. I instanty was better. So i believe chiro has a purpose. But….i believe it is morphing into new age treatment.

I don’t know that it is morphing in to a new age treatment. I think the case is that you have alot of chiropractors who are moving bones by conventional methods. (diversified, gonstead, activator, thompson) There are lots of different techniques and the majority are fine. It is when you incorporate the energy work into it that you run into trouble. You have to be careful who you see. Ask questions. There are plenty of chiropractors and massage therapists I wouldn’t want to touch me. Bawonee what are you doing now? The only reason I would want to get out of chiropractic is I am sick of dealing with insurance companies. I like helping people, but there is alot of frustration getting paid.

I am a semi-retired Chiropractor. I took the training in the Network method. There was a fair amount of jargon associated with it.
But as far as could see and from my experience there is nothing
to fear and no strange energy involved at all. The training involves
learning to observe subtle signs within the muscle tone and using
the Network “recipe” to address those signs. There is little more to Network than maps that help address motion disturbances along the spine. It is no more than a training process to reveal these.
There is nothing spiritual at work in it at all other than perhaps the spiritual nature of the people using it.
I have seen similar sorts of motions among people in Pentecostal worship services and I don’t believe any of that is spiritual either. A lot of people get hung up and start making distinctions about whether or not something is of god or of the devil. What a waste of time! Network claims that it
is healing. That is just as stupid. Anyone who cares to do a little careful self observation will quickly learn that they can let go of their habitual
fears and let the fluidic flow of the universe stream through their whole self. Call it the wave of life. You don’t need a Chiropractor or a preacher to give you permission to do this. It will happen of its own accord if you are willing to let go and let it happen. Once it does you will realize your own very tiny place in this infinite sea we inhabit.

Well you have confirmed something. A similar motion seen in worship and new age treatment.
You are right, you do not need a preacher or chiropractor to invoke a metaphysical reaction.
